At the moment yes. The bugger about it though is if we were to be allocated a job far away from where we are currently settled. But advantage of employment in what he enjoys and knows without restrictions.

Hiya,
Any advice is welcome!
My partner and I have been together for over two years now.
C a British citizen & B a Australian citizen, met whilst B was in the UK.
C now in Australia on WHV 417 ( 12 months ending August 2019). Hoping to settle here in Oz.
We are looking at options on how to best move forward to benefit us long term (less employment restrictions and best pathway financially)
Skilled visa vs partner visa vs second WHV vs ???
Also considering involving an agency or immigration advisor?
Appreciate any thoughts, ideas or recommendations.
TIA.

Thanks.
So you recommend going that direction?
