Congratulations on your good news. Did you have to only give one AFP or what about any other police clearance from your home country?
I applied AFP first time when I applied my visa. But CO asked another one when opened my file becuse last one was expired. Also I already applied my police clearance from my country 7 months ago from the file open. CO never ask police clearance from country again because it has not expiry date or time unless you leave this county or go for holiday to your country and come back.

22jan 2019 nomination approved same day only asked for medical it was done in the same week! It’s been couple of weeks still shows further assessment! Just Waiting for a good news! Don’t know how long it’s gonna be!
Still waiting!
don't worry. Your case is like me. RCB April 2017, May 2017- nomination and visa applied. Nomination grant - oct 2018. Visa grant 15 feb 2019. Taking time between nomination and visa because I added my son's name in November 2018. it will take normal 2 month to visa granted after nomination. could be less....

If it's a mistake how did U calculate 21 months?? U not only made a typo mistake but U even wrote at the bottom it took 21 months...how could U make such a big error? If it's May 2018 then that makes 9 months not 17 months as U claim...are U just here to waste people time by giving wrong information.
Mate, R u out of ur mind or You are so stupid. May 2017 to OCt 2018 is total 17 months for nomination time and 21 months is visa granted time. so, read before you write. What you mean '' I am here to wasting people time. Take your words back. If you think people here just wasting other person's time, you should leave this forum because this forum doesn't give you PR or change ur status. This platform is all about giving hope to other and spread positive wave. Such kind of people like you, came here for waiting opportunity that when someone made mistake and I become over smart on that mistake.
So my advise is, if some one make misstate or typo error or miss calculate, tell him or her polite way or kind of way that people doesn't get heart. Best of luck for your future.....

Hello friends
I need ur advice for one of my friend
He applied 187 in jan 2018 in QLD
Now his owner wants him to transfer him to other branch in QLD
same company and same abn
Does he need a new RCB and
what about processing time for him ... will it be restart with transfer or it will count from jan 2018
Please reply if anyone have any knowledge..
thanks
I think yes. Because RCB is all about business' location, place. which state and they check that business is present or not. Also most important things RCB approved by State government not immigration. So according to me yes. But for more accurate advice, he can ask Agent.

Hi all, got my golden email yesterday. Here is my timeline. Hope this give some hope and positive wave to all of you.
Just writing my story point by point. so easy to understand for every one.
1. RCB - lodged in march 2017 and approved in April 2017
2. Visa and Nomination applied in may 2017
3. Nomination approved - 5 th October 2017. ( my employer got call some days ago from immigration before approval )
4. file open same day - 5 th October 2017.
5. Further request - AFP ( my and my wife) on same day 5 th Oct 2017. document submitted in one week. (around 14 th Oct 2017)
6.After three weeks, same Co asked for medical check for both applicants.
But between first and second request, we blessed with boy. so, I had to add his name in my file. So I had to applied his birth certificate and passport. it took five weeks. In between I and my wife finished our medical check. in this period CO changed because of X-mas holidays started.
7. New Co asked my son's medical. I submitted on 7 th jan 2019 ( done by GP). But more than 28 days passed from last documents submitted, I did not hear anything from Co . My agent sent two emails to Co in between 28 days time periods. Than agent sent another email on 14 th feb 2019 to CO
8. And finally on next day, 15/02/2019, visa granted for my whole family.
9. Position - cook
10. Perth WA,
11. Resturant turn over 1.3 million.
12. Almost took 21 months.
Best of luck all of you.

Rcb - applied - march 2017
approved - april 2017
Visa and nomination applied - may 2017
Nomination approved - 8 October 2018
file open same day. Asking AFP clearance same day. submitted in one week.
after three weeks, same Co was asking further request for medical ( mine and my wife's). But at that time I added my son name in my file. So, I and my wife both done our medical check up first in two weeks ( around 24 th nov 2018). But we are waiting for my son's passport. After received passport. I added my son's name in my current file which was 457 visa. Than did his medical through GP. submitted his medical on 7 th January 2019.
But after nomination approved it's been more than 4 months, I haven't heard any things from them. Any one who has same kind of situation.

Hi guys , anyone have idea after nomination approval and asking for afp check how long it take for visa ?
nomination approved and ask Police clearance same day - 5/10/2018
require document ( submitted) - AFP - 11/10/2018

Waiting for 6 months and on.....
Hi, mate
can you please tell me ur occupation and timeline ? Have they approved ur business nomination and ask other require documents ( like PCC , medical....)?
Is there any expire time limit for nomination?
-
I Silently observed some previous chats from last three weeks. what I observed is that they opened files, approved Nomination and ask requirements ( like PCC, form 80, medical....). people submit all outstand documents to them. But after 4 weeks of submission of documents, they haven't finalised all files or any answers from them.
In my case,
RCB applied - march 2017 and approved - April 2017
Nomination and visa applied - May 2017
nomination approved - 5/10/2018
AFP clearance - document ask same day
document submitted - 11/10/2018
after that My MA email them two time to remind about '' document attached in immi account""
no reply yet.

187 Visa Processing Time
in Working and Skilled Visas
Posted
hi,
I don't think that you need to pay extra 6 months. My cousin sister, who was pregnant after one year work and she took one year maternity leave as she told to workplace that she is going overseas for pregnancy. But she did not go overseas. And after that she never go back to work after that, So, she worked one year and one year leave for pregnancy. now, she is citizen of Australia.
So if your owner do not mind, you do not need to full fill that time. Two years work condition is all about condition between you and your employer. you can leave work before , if your employer is agree. But you make sure that stay that state for two years. It is visa condition and mandatory.
thanks.
