Visa and nomination applied:  feb 2017

 

Rcb approved: March 2017

 

Nomination approved: July 2018

Docs request: updated AFP and medical on Jan 2020

Visa approved : Jan 2020.

AAT approved nomination in end of Sep and submitted all documents and health check in Oct. still waiting and worried.

I am confusing too. Did u mean ur employer win AAT about the nomination in 2019? 

If you applied in overseas, u cannot apply for AAT and also no meaning for your employer to go for AAT.

i don’t think u need to submit a new English score too. As ur PTE didn’t expire when u applied the visa.

I was assigned a case officer on the Sep 2nd and I received correspondence within the application but the status is still the same.

Today I am going to do my medicals and I am still waiting for the police certificates to arrive. Deadline is September 30th but I just wanna be done!

I heard some people in this group won AAT about this refusal reason. Don’t lose hope, u will be fine. Just be patient.

 I am not sure what’s exactly turnover. But I don’t think it would affect the nomination. Even though the small business still can get their nomination. And I already work there for more than 2 years.

i didn't expect that too. Sometimes it is about the agent. As my agent won a case, then some cases under her’s name also open the file at the same time.

They just invited my boss to the hearing. So I am not sure the detail of the hearing. I think AAT  need to be careful about their decision. So hearing is not the bad process. It gives employer to explain more. If you are genuine position, don’t worry too much.

I got some good news to share. After one week of the hearing, finally I got set aside decision. And my file will be back to immigration soon. Hope all of you can hear some good news.

Once u applied AAT, immigration already pass your case to AAT. So they would not touch your case until you got decision from AAT.

I applied on oct 2018 as restaurant manager in vic

My boss also got the hearing date for next month. I applied on oct 2018. Hoping everything will be good.
