i received my visa grant for 189  on 28/05/19 and last initial entry date is 28/05/24 

Hey there

usually when you receive notification via immi account that additional information/ documentation required then a case officer is assigned. The email you receive with this notification usually has the first name of the case officer in the email letter attachments. Hope that helps

I got my medicals done on the 9th of Jan. I

submitted my police check on 4th. All required documents (beside’s medical) were submitted on the initial date of application 4th jan 19.

Applied for EOI on dec 2018 on 75 points

received invitation jan 2019

Applied for 189 on jan 4th 2019

case officer assigned on 29march 2019

received grant for 189 both myself n spouse 28/05/19
