We submitted 31st October, but have had two CO contacts since, one in December and another in January. I'm hoping we get the grant this month, the suspense is killing me!!!

Our 489s have been granted today!!! Still feels a bit unreal.Lodged on 13/11/2018. To those waiting, hang in there, it wont be long!!!!

I have a rough idea. I plan to fly into Brisbane and stay will relatives for a month. I can have a break, see the family and get over the jet lag. I then plan to get an AirBNB in Adelaide for a month and use that time to find a more permanent place to live and start find a job. Where I want to go I am not sure. I am thinking maybe a 2 bed apartment in the CBD but I would also like the space to spread out and would like to park my car on my own drive so maybe the suburbs. I need to decide really.

 

Just wondering whether we would need to enter SA first due to the state sponsorship?

Have any of the high point holders heard back regarding SA state nomination? The waiting is terrible! We applied 11th of July.
