I didn’t say anything about calling them mate. I said our agent got a call from immi and requested further docs lyk medical and police check. On the other side, Agree with you about ringing immi about application wont change a thing. Just hope for the best.

It depends mate. I know its hard for you waited 29mos. But it goes down to this word. It depends/ case to case basis. My brother got sponsored we are on the same boat same company and profession. He was May 2017 and immigration rang our agent to do further requests and now his waiting for his visa approval. He only waited for 18mos. Hopefully I’m next. I am in june 2017.. Be positive

Our company sponsored two people.

1) May 2017 NSW DE . immi contacted our agent and ask for further reqs. MEDICALS AND POLICE CLEARANCE submitted everything yesterday.

2) JUNE 2017 NSW DE same occupation Disability Service officer. Hopefully good news is on the way for incoming days or weeks.

my brother juz got a call from our agency and said immigration requested him to do Updated Medicals and Updated Police certificate from australia and forwarded an email of all necessary things to do. And his immi account says initial assesment.

Drink and drive is a criminal offense mate. You can check it in google etc. But I might be wrong but as far as I know drjnk and drive is a serious offense. You can talk to professional people that’s just my understanding about that offense.
