Hey guys need some suggestion . As i got my pr sep -2019 and today i just got new that my owner sold his business 2 days before and at this stage i am at over. So what should i do now ?

Same here bhai . Nomination approved on 10/08/2019 and then requested s56 checklist. All submitted on 26/08/2019. Waiting for some good new .

Hello everyone just got some new from my friend he applied as retail manager from service station in feb 2018 . He just got his nomination approved this Wednesday. No documents requested to approve nomination. So he ask me now how many % of chances to getting pr ? Any idea?

Mine is service station. 5am to 9 pm,7 days in week. 2 full time 1 part time 1 casual staff. Turn over 26,00,000 aprox. Training one more casual staff now. Let’s hope for best. How about your staff members jobs position?

Applied 187 on 5th June 17

Rcb got approved in just 2 weeks

Nomination and visa approved same day and same time on 13/12/18.

Took only 19 months



This is how Santa gives the surprise in Christmas month...



All I want to say is keep faith in God and keep working hard.. The day is not too far..

5/2018 AAT SET ASIDE my old nomination, without asking a hearing, only requested latest financial information

8/2018 OLD nomination approved by the department, I withdrawn my visa before, so there is no visa attached on these old nomination

9/2018 The department decline my request for priority processing my current nomination and visa (my lawyer ask for combined process, due to the current and old nomination is identically same material, which old nomination have been already approved by the department.). However, the department still declined without reasons, attached a processing time links in the email.

10/2018 waiting... 19months for my new nomination and visa

Hi friends,

i see that we all r talking about this month and this occupation is processing but as per my knowledge its not according to month , its depends upon which country you belong from and is your occupation is in skill like high priority job. They take those files then give chance to others . And some sad news for manager or retail manager or restaurant manager as well . My MA told me today  that they put retail manager in balck list because so many fake application in pipeline . So hope for best and wait for somthing positive in future.

I also applied as  retail manager on feb 2018 in fuel and convenient store. So as per my knowledge if you working there and if its genuine need as manager then nothing to worry about. Yes but you need to show all your paperwork up to date. I see so many people as manager and got approvals so stay positive and focus on your work.
