Hi , my nomination was rejected on two weeks ago, so I don’t want to go to AAT. The nomination and visa was lodged on Jan 2018. If I send the 1424 form, is it possible to get my visa application fee back. Thanks in advance.

Hi, My 187 nomination is disapproval, now I will fill the 1446 form to withdraw my 187 visa, so I will depart within 35 days, how to calculate the date? Is the from the notation disapproval or the date I submit the 1446 form. Many thanks.

Due to departmental officers doubt the genuine position giving 28 days for submitting further  information. I am wondering how long it may take?

This is what I worried. Even though my boss has evidence to clarify the position is real, the immi have suspicions. I really worried the chance of nomination get apprival.

The immi called my boss 3 month ago, but my boss is not on office., so Hr manager answered the phone.The new Hr doesn’t know my situation and answered the officer. 

After company received email form Immi, my boss reply it and explain it. 

The officer visit the office,and they still not believe the position is real. 

Now they give 28days to explain the situation. My MA says I have to wait to know whether my nomin is approval or not. IF not approval, I have to appeal to AAT. I am so worried.

hi everyone，I just checked the website and it said DE still has to Wait 21-23months. It only updated on July 2019. I wondering how many DE applications wait for nomination? I apply nomi and visa on Jan 2018, still no any news. I am really worried, because I know some people only took 15-16months to get their golden mail.  They are from high risk country, same as me. I am kind of  exhausted. 

hi Everybody, just get a news, there are still 54k visa applications on 186 and 187. I have no idea how long will I should Wait. 

Hi there, I apply 187DE visa on Jan 2018, and applied BVB visa 6 months ago. Now my bvb visa will expiry on 11 th April. I have a temporary job offshore because I don’t know how long will I wait for the 187 visa.  I still want to apply again bvb visa again, is it possible. If possible, can I apply bvb visa for one year or 6 months? Thx in advance.
