    you said you got the nomination approval from immi on 18Feb, and the medical cleared on the same day. So immi asked for the body check and police check on the same day??

    Medical examination was finalized on friday, also immi sent me the nomination approval , and grant came on Tuesday

    Yes we send all the docx again, immi send the nomination approval on 18 feb , when was medical got cleared, and grant came on tuesday on 22

    Finally it’s my tym to post, finally Australian permanent resident😎.my  aat approved 24 nov, immi requested s56 after 5 days,  submitted afp on 10 dec,submitted pcc on 16 feb, medical cleared on 18 feb , visa grant 22 feb. Yahoo😎😎😎

    No, aat approved  my nomination and visa application remitted , after 5 days immi request medical , afp, pcc and all the nomination related docx again , I was little bit concerned about this, is it normal for them to ask documents again and didn’t send me the nomination approval along with a56 request

    yup it it was set aside

    I have got setaside decision from aat, but department send me s56 request but didn’t send me nomination approval , instead they ask business documents and my documents, I need to submit pcc and medical , that’s pending, do u think I will get my nomination approval  and visa from department when I submit medical and pcc.

    you can take photos there ( I took photos from office work , but they didn't accept it , so better take from VFS)

    they will process your application and you will get notifications for each steps of processing via email and text.

    bfs staff said it will take 2 months but i applied 18th November  , got message yesterday that process is completed and they posted my pcc and documents to my address..( very quick)

    I guess why pcc is delaying is because of your local police station , they have 4 weeks time to complete verification , my local police contacted my home very next day I lodged pcc  application . so any one wants to get PCC asap , ring to your local police station.

     

     

     

     

    I have send all my documents via post to Vfs sydney for pcc , it’s being 3-4 days , they haven’t send me any email or text message or either fees deducted from my account, any idea how long it takes.
