Contacting IMMI is of no use. Even though I am now past processing times, the only answer you get is « 10% of the applications take longer than the suggested processing times. We cannot track your application, all you can do is keep waiting »...

They have standard lines for us.you have to wait.some applications take longer.and can’t check your file etc:

Of course you can contact them - there is nothing stopping you from calling them directly yourself if needed / wanted?

    - After that time period however, I'd expect the agent to call them though.

I did many times they have standard answer just wait.it is under process.but no idea how to contact CO.i just called on 131881 but they don’t have answer.

have you got your agent to contact immi?  mine told me once a little outside processing time, they can contact them and bascially say 'hurry up' . yours is well outside the times. While I understand there are other factors at play, seeing a grant within 5 months while you are waiting still seems crazy to me.

    I am waiting 2017 almost 19teen months

but agent said can’t contact imm

    Sorry to hear that.

Whats your timeline? Occupation? Location? Country?

Generally the nomination is the biggest hurdle. It’s seems unfortunate you have since waited so long....

    ABSOLUTELY!

I firmly believe that 90% of your visa is approved once you get that nomination part over with- the rest is protocol and a walk in the park.

Judging from your timeline you may not even be requested further documentation!

Have you filled in form 80?

I did it JUST to be safe!

My nomination was approved in may still I am waiting my visa
