Hi guys,

870 sponsor approval mid Jan20,

applied parent visa 26th feb 20.

two things I want to know.

first, my parents visited Australia few times on 600 visa. So they have to provide Australia police check. If yes what documents they can provide for 100 points I’d check.

second, would they have to provide INDIAN police check as well?

please share your valuable comment.

I read somewhere immigration start approving parents visa from this month..many applications has been approved yesterday. 

I want to know the process I consult one migration agent and they asking $6500 for their fee .

just wondering if it is very hard to apply. Can anyone please recommend me if you know any migration agent who can help me.

It wasn't due to a mistake the Agent has made, it was simply a misunderstanding, still can't believe how the CO has twisted the facts and made up a different story.
We will appeal at AAT with the same Agent, hopefully this week.

Looks like the CO spent 5 minutes on the file, made heaps of assumptions (some very stupid), overlooked facts and number, etc.

A very weak refusal, for a very strong case. Sad is- it will add 1-2 years to the waiting game but we’re not giving up.

Unlike 187 which has an eternity wait..

God only knows why they are slowing process.

Infact 187 is only visa in Australia now with the longest wait period.

Congratulations, in my case nomination approved 4 feb, further documents requested on 14 feb.

Hi they just requested medicals police check for Australia and international. Ielts for spouse. 

From company side everything was up to date. 

Today my wait over..got PR today.

Visa granted today 01-04-2019

i can’t express my feeling today. Hope everyone get their PR soon.

My application indicates that it is in "further assessment" it have been 1 month and eleven days since then.

I know this question was asked many times, the time after further assessment. Applied WA August 2017 office manager all together-- RCB approved  n 1 week, nomination approved feb 4, 2019 initial assessment-- 14-feb2019 (request docs)// submitted all docs 1-March// now waiting..

25th May 2017 - RCB lodged

27th June 2017 - Visa and Nomination Lodged     (health exam and AFP were submitted a few weeks after the applications were lodged)

20th July 2017 - RCB successfully approved

12th February 2019 - Nomination successfully approved

12th February 2019 -  CO asked for updated health exam, AFP and updated pay slips

21st February 2019 - All requested documents were uploaded onto the immiAccount

13th March 2019 - Visa successfully granted
