Yeah I'm trying to find some neutral advice but really unsure where to go at the moment.

Hello everyone,
My 186 employer nominated visa was refused this week after a 18 month wait
Here's what my immigrants agent said:
This is due to the fact that the case officer was not of the view that the company could support the position, or that there was a genuine need for the position within the organisation.
This couldn't be more untrue,
going through the email from the case officer it suggests not enough information was provided by my immigration agent about the need for my position within the company I work for.
My question is; is this becoming a thing from the home affairs to not ask for more information or have I taken on a lazy immigration agent who hasn't really got my back.
I'll definitely be appealing the decision but I just don't know if I should be using my immigration agent again as they're soo expensive.
thank you for reading
