Processing times are impacted each month by changes in application volumes, seasonal peaks, complex cases, and incomplete applications.We have now closed this case. However, we have referred your feedback to the relevant business area. While no further response has been requested, business areas may exercise their discretion and provide additional comment.

Where did you complain can u share the link. Within how many days did they reply.

I know but dont have many options. Should i include my personal details when i mail them.

They might totally ignore the complain but doing something is better than just sitting and praying.

Out of interest, on what grounds are you complaining on? Is it just to do with how long you have been waiting?

Yes 17 months and no news yet. 

Can someome pls suggest me what details should i include in my email to immigration like my application Id or my passport no. Finally decided to complain.

I thought about it 2weeks ago and asked my MA for suggestion. He told me to wait 2 wks, tomorrow hopefully he will do something. Waited for 17 months.

I did not receive this email either, but I dont think anyone that has waited over a year received this email. However even people without this email got granted over the last few weeks so its not hopeless!

Don't loose hope..I too didnt get any emails, I am also waiting from 2017, 4 months later than you. Even those who applied after me from same company have their files assigned to CO.

Congratulations first of all. Can u please tell which PESE was it from. I heard that WA is processing files prior to 2018 August.

Can we write an email to immigration regarding the application. I told my MA to write one on my behalf but interestingly he says he cannot write cause immigration has told them not to disturb. But says i can write on my own. Its been very frustrating 17 months.

Can anyone give any suggestion on this. My friend applied his 186 trt (cook)a months later than me. Our everything is same including lawyer, company, working position. His file was looked by case officer a week ago but not mine. I applied in dec 2017 and he applied in Jan 2018. Is immigration working opposite way like the latest u apply the faster u get co assigned.

First of all congratulations. I am on same occupation waiting from dec 2017. Which PESE was it from. 

Nearing 14 months mark soon but nothing yet.. may be they are ignoring cooks at the moment..

So on my understanding, if he got 26, he does not satisfy the requirements

My wife also got 29 in speaking but overall score is above 30. Now i have asked my MA about it, he has not replied yet. I thought it was overall score of 4.5 which is equal to 30 of pte was enough for secondary applicant. Now i am confused.

186 TRT cook out of 4 total nomination 2 have been refused and its the first time that has happened in our company.  Before us whoever applied got their PR.
