    As long as you have your  PR application lodgement email, feel free to swing by Centrelink and enroll for Medicare. I did the day after my MA lodged my application.

    You are the second applicant from December which receives an update, so I think they are processing the Dec/17 applications.

    Thanks again! I always told myself when this days will come, I'll be crying like a baby.. I was just shaking the whole day, couldn't believe what was going on.. Gosh! yeah, as you mentioned, December applications are being processed.

    I wasn't asked for any extra docs to provide. My MA was amazing and patient with me!
    Applied on December 13th 2017. 
    PR granted on August 14th 2018.
    My MA was stunned as per the quick turn around!
