Hi dear friends, 

I need your suggestions, I applied in Feb 2018 as a restaurant manager QLD, no news yet.

Now my employer is not cooperating and is asking for unreasonable favours. I haven’t started working there yet and I am working in the city as a hotel duty manager.

is it possible to change the employer on my RSMS file, if yes, will it be under new rules or old rules as I don’t have three years of work experience in the same field. Please advise ?

Also I have not started working there yet. I am working as a Duty Manager in City for a time being.

Hi there, I don’t think it’s a good idea to share this page’s link and spreadsheet with them, immigration dept. know what they are doing and how to do their job. You are more than welcome to write a letter to share your case personally with Minister. It’s already a very tuff situation and we should not put more pressure on them. Have faith and patience like everyone else on this forum.

It’s very easy, simply create your immi account on Immigration website and import your application using your case details. Not sure why your agent said that.

Thanks MaggieMay24 , so while I am on bridging Visa can I work with any other employer full time and one or two days with my sponsoring employer.

I lodged my file in feb 2018 as restaurant manager in Sunshine Coast, and I am currently working full time in Brisbane with another employer. My sponsoring employer wants me to work in Sunshine Coast for few hours a week, am  I allowed to work part-time as restaurant manager as well?
