What does pro rata and non pro rata occupation mean? And how do I know which category my occupation is in. Thanks for your help!

Thanks. Waiting for state invite, processing time of 15-20 weeks was a surprise, was hoping for an invite earlier. 

Hi All, I applied for SC 489 since my occupation was open for only this subclass. Waiting for an update. Applied on 5th July.
