Hex thank you for that but the company actively since last 2013 but he missed the payment to pay didn’t get notice from ASIC and yes AAT long wait I can apply Again nomination only as my visa still not decided yet and also I have valid visa u till next years. What you say

Reason was giving that my employer didn’t pay the renew business name fees as he didn’t know that about that and after 5 months his accountant told
Him that your business renewal already due and then he paid, now CO refused nomination coz CO said your business is operating less than a year..

Now please advise what should I do like can I go for AAT or reapply or anything else if u have any idea.

I didn't get my visa yet. My MA told me wait for 6 months than he will ask to the immi department.

Unfortunately, if they sell the company (of have an intention of selling), they will still need to inform the department and they will still tell you to withdraw and resubmit with new company nomination. 

Hello mate I had similar situation I with draw my nomination and visa application. as soon as new company took over I applied last November it’s petty tough time stay strong. Immigration will ask you to withdraw application.

This is a tricky situation, as you would need to inform immigration of the company being sold. 
- That in turn could (very likely) make them refuse the nomination and tell you to re-apply with the new company. 
Some people in this group have had similar situations before (I can't remember names), who would be able to comment better.
However, from my understanding;
- If your 186 visa doesn't come through VERY soon (within the first month of knowing the company is being sold), then you'll need to update immi of the company changes and likely have to then withdraw your visa application to start again / go a different route (189 / 190 etc.). 
Do you have an MA? Have you asked their opinion?

Im working with my employer since 2013 and I’m on 457 visa since 2016 I had applied TRT 186 May 2018 still received status.

My question is that my employer selling business and I’m in the middle of process and my 457 visa expire in 2020 March.

Just wondering please advise me what should I do in this situation.
I already completed 3 years working with same employer.

Went to bed last night status received.
Checked at lunch today and FINALISED!! [emoji7]   [emoji119]  I was soo shocked didn't hear from the MA until the afternoon.
Nomination and visa approved at the same time it took 5 months and 6 days. (please update me on the timeline)We are feeling soo very lucky and grateful, and on top of the world. I am really sorry to everyone who has been waiting soo much longer. I really hope that the wait is over for everyone soon and you all get good news.

By the event means we having a lots parties at restaurant and all those I’m handling but actually I’m sponsored as restaurant manager and it’s quite big we have lots parties.

I’m with same employer since 2013 still with them and everything going smoothly.

Hello I have lodge visa this years May 2018 and processing time showing 13 to 14 months according Immi website.

I just wondering is it true that they take exact time what they mentioned or it depend on case to case.

I’m working same employer since 2014 and 457 lodges in 2015 September and approved 2016 March.
