hello guys..   they asked for English translation of Urdu cnic.. where can i get this translation in Lahore? 

and is it compulsory to get this translation?

You can ask couple of your Friends or cousins who attended you wedding and knew about the relationship, they can provide you declaration.

Write your relationship statement as affidavit, print it on stamp paper, get it signed by Notary public.

i got the 888 statutory declaration form.. they didn't ask for oath commissioner, they just said two declarants.. 

hello everyone m from Pakistan and new to this forum..  we also applied for spouse visa in November 2017 and yesterday we got the mail for document checklist..

actually m confused about two things;

1) they asked statutory declaration form from two declarants from pakistan but i dont know how and where to get these forms?

2) written relationship statement on normal affidavit? where to get this affidavit? if anyone of you has gone through this process please assist me? thanks!
