Nomination approved straightaway: June 2019

Request S56 form: Work experience, Health, AFP

Visa Granted that 16th September 2019

Thank you all for the moral support,I had been ruined once by an employer who close their shop last year, was really hopeless that time till I found my current sponsor, really blessed and glad I didn't give up that time

Does anyone here knows how long it would take after a 2nd VAC payment (spouse English) been paid for my Visa approval? Just make the payment today, wondering how much longer I need to wait for their visa approval, anyone had this experience before?  Thanks for the reply

nomination approved = 25 june 2019

without requesting any documents 

waiting for PR 

do anyone know how long it takes to approve visa after nomination get approved

I'm waiting too from 26th June, it feels so long to wait after the nominations approved, doesn't feel that anxious when waiting for the nomination to be approved before,status changed to further assessment

Being the silent reader all this time, here's my timeline, 

Hairdresser (not a common one here)

July 2018 RCB approved 

August 2018 Nomination applied

October 2018 Visa Application applied 

11 June 2019 Nomination approved

Change to Initial Assessment 

Company with 8 full time and apprentices, I don't know much about the turn over but my boss a very book to book lady, everything in order for the government.

So happy for it, but I've not done any health or afp etc, waiting for health check up next week

Hope this could give some hope for you guys especially hairdresser as I didn't heard much from this group, I never expected this timeline for my nomination to be approved, thanks to the prayer from friends and family.

Raul,what's other options for me,I'm already out of the last batch of 186 application 

The new owner want to sponsor me,but do you think the time wise is enough?and btw,even if the owner sponsor me,can I still do back the ens186 direct entry as my skill is in STSOL.....I'm completely out of direction now,they don't even want to talk,I felt I've been scammed 

Oh my,just got a call from lawyer,they didn't want to keep me even my nomination they going to take out,just suddenly they wanted completely off from me,literally my bridging will soon be cease in a month or 2 max,are there possibly I could find any other options to keep me here?my girl with new studying half way,it's a completely different education here and back home,just for want to go home like this just because I trust the wrong person to sponsor me 

I was currently still with my employer,I was just wondering whether I could have a chance to work somewhere else in my bridging so I could gain some residency status visit state sponsorship if this didn't work out 

Thank you for replying,my employer said they keeping the abn and business,they only selling physically the shop not the company.I'm on bridging,do you think I'm only tied in New South Wales with my working right or I can go to other state like Tasmania or Canberra to work?

Hi everyone,

Just found out my sponsor business are selling out,but they'll keep the company name,I'm still waiting for nomination approval,so basically I'm on bridging now waiting for they miracle reply from immigration.

My sponsor said I can work somewhere else as they won't close the company name,but if they not operating anymore,will the immi found out about this,my sponsor said all the requirement documents been submitted

I just got a big shock from my boss that they already sell the business to someone else,I'm still currently in bridging visa waiting for the nomination to be approved,my boss said I'll be fine since all the documentation been submitted,do you think he just wanna calm me down by saying this?or I'm really in a big situation here that all my application is over?

Please help me out if someone who's in the same situation before like me,what other option I have if the bad news really come to me that my 186 is over?
