Hi everyone, I received my grant today... so so so happy.....

I applied in 186 direct entry in June 2017. Nothing happened till 2019. They called my employer and confirmed few details in Jan. After that they approved nomination. They asked for medicals and updated police certificates because I lived in UK for few years. Submitted everything on 30Jan. Today I received grant email. I am on the moon right now....

So guys be aware of MA advice ask multiple times untill u get clear picture on what u buying just dont leave everything on those A-Holes and better to do your ground work aswell - my 186 can only be refused on training grounds if it happens it will total  mistake & lack of communication of MA (2years before) we pay huge amount for there services , relying on there advices we act upon and at end we are heading completely in wrong direction , i completely lost my hope after seeing visa rejection on solely based on training grounds  

But anyway cant leave the battle halfway right , So guyz tomorrow we have to write reason in correction form any of ur suggestions or advice is valuable

That's a tricky situation. I lodged file last year June but made sure that the training expense is 1%. I am in the process of arranging for this year. Try calling PDTraining. they might help you.

I was asking the same question today to my MA. He said the spending should be on Australian citizens or permanent residents only.

Have to say the whole thing is a complete lottery.  I work for a very large employer who sponsors a lot of 186 visa's.  Timescales are ranging 3 to 9 months.  One of the guys who works for me applied mid November and received theirs in March.

Really sorry to hear it. I am quite nervous  now. I have applied DE Marketing Specialist in June 2017. Nothing heard yet. I am working in  non profit making organisation. They showed loss this year. Last year was profit. Though they have 6 million in assets. I am scared whether it will impact my application. Hopefully we all get our desired result soon....
