Guys, i would like to discuss something with all of you.

    Please give you opinion.

Since i lodge my VISA application for 186 TRN, i am so much worried for my permanent residency.

i am really crying at the moment, please tell me what should i do, i am thinking to consult with a psychiatric.

WHY IMMIGRATION TAKING SO MUCH TIME FOR GIVING THE PERMANENT RESIDENCY DECISION, WHY THEY ARE RUINING OUR LIFEEEEEEEEEE

WE ARE NORMAL HUMAN BEING, WE WANT TO LIVE HAPPILY HERE, PLEASE GIVE US RESIDENCY WHY THEY TAKING YEAR TO GIVE DECISION.

    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE

I AM CRYING, DEAR GOD PLEASE GIVE ME DESIDENCYYYYYYYYYYYYYY PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

@Kashif.IqbalI can completely understand what you going through and i am pretty sure most of our forum members can connect with you but my friend, we all try to find a solution to get out of this instead worrying too much of outcome which is not in our hands because you can only do so much once you have submitted application i sincerely suggest just forget about it and even forget about outcome.

infact you and me are in same ship because in november 18 i was in your situation i was too much worried got in to depression and anxiety i went to see doctor, obviously  doctor suggested that not to worry about it and gave some depression tablets to tell you truth after i took tablets i was like WTF???? i was like nahh man.. i got to do something so below are the things i did which helped me and still going strong.

    1) I came to understand once i submitted documents, i simply "MUST" wait till i get reply from immi.

    2) i am completely prepared for worst outcome (Rejection) (FYI - i am in Australia since 10yrs)

    3) I have stopped worrying about people back at home, friends, family who have expectations that i would be successful/settle in Australia, because end of the day it is my life i do not need to worry about other people expectations because it's simply an unwanted burden i'll be carrying.

    4) i have joined in new gym , practicing meditation.

    5) i have started to socialize more than i used to , meeting new people ( check out MEETUP APP)

    6) well this one most of our forum friends wont agree  but i stopped visiting this forum too once in a week or 2. (that's another reason i am replying to you so late)

    7) i am living in the "PRESENT MOMENT"  remember not yesterday not tomorrow not today in afternoon " just now in present"  whether am i happy or not that's all it matters.

Overall i am doing what ever i can to live my life instead of thinking or worrying about visa outcome and more over

i came to understand this P.R is just one small tiny part of my life (even though i spent 10years of my life in australia ) i got my whole life infront of me , with the life experience i had in Australia i have learned to be resilient in difficult situation which i am pretty sure more to come in my life.

Bro. just don't worry anymore LIVE YOUR LIFE- ENJOY EVERY MOMENT - LAUGH OUT LOUD - JUST BE THERE.

    Hi everyone,

First time poster, I'm so grateful for this forum. Thanks to everyone for sharing your experiences.

I'm a marketing manager currently on a 457, based in QLD, due to apply for ENS TRT in April (hopefully the Feb announcement won't change that) - counting down the months! I am the primary applicant and my partner is on my visa.

The MA my organisation uses are based in Perth. From what I've read, you guys tend to put a lot of work into both the nomination and the application. I want to give myself the best chance of a successful grant. Do you guys have any tips? I don't trust the MA and my organisation to be as diligent as you guys.

The organisation I work for hires a lot of overseas employees but I am the first person in the marketing department.

Also, do you know what would happen if I fell pregnant before or after the PR lodgement? I know we would be unlikely to qualify for paid parental leave but would it effect our chances of getting PR?

    Thanks in advance!

Children born during processing of your visa application - Expecting a baby/have just had a baby

    ·         Given birth and your application is undecided: If you have given birth and your application is still under consideration, please provide your child’s birth certificate to the department so your child can be included in your application and relevant health assessments conducted prior to a decision being made.

    ·         Your child was born while your application was being considered, however you have not informed the department of the birth of your child and your application has now been finalised: Please provide your child’s details in order to include them on your previous visa application.

    ·         Are you pregnant: It is important that you advise the Department of any changes to your circumstances. If you are pregnant and have lodged an application with the Department, please inform the department of your expected due date.

    ·         Your child was born after the grant of your permanent visa: Children born in Australia to permanent residents are considered Australian Citizens. For their eligibility you should contact Department’s Citizenship area.

    ·         Please advise the department the change of circumstances via the form below:

    http://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/FormsAndDocuments/Documents/1022.pdf#search=change%20of%20circumstances

    ·         If your baby is under 6 months old:

If your child is less than six months old, is currently in Australia and were born either in Australia or offshore, an “on the papers” health assessment can be completed - that is, you do not need to physically take them to a Migration Medical Services Provider clinic in Australia for a medical examination.

What is required for on the papers assessment: Please ensure that the required documents as specified below are provided to department before your child turns 6 months allowing sufficient processing time for department and Migration Medical Services Provider:

    -          a letter regarding the health of the child from child’s Australian treating general practitioner, paediatrician or obstetrician. The letter should state that the doctor has examined the child and provided details of the child’s health and development, and

    -          a signed eMedical consent form.

2 year WHV (9 months with current employer)

    4 years 457 (same employer)

    Application submitted 27/11/17

    further documents requested 16/7/18

    visa refused 14/8/18

    training requirments not met.

appeal already in process. Agent believes we have a very good case for appeal due to extenuating circumstances.

If you’re training isn’t 100% correct, don’t submit it. They are really taking a hard line on training this year. Our accounts showed all the training. Receipts were also issued. Training we were told counted, went against us which was a considerable amount for 2 years.

If you are doing this by yourself I highly recommend seeing an agent in regards to the training.

Sh!t day yesterday but nothing else I can do. It’s up to an appeal now.

    Good of luck everyone else!

hey mate, can you please give more information on training requirements not being met. what could have gone wrong ??

I applied for ens186 September 2017. All documents submit. No problem in documents.

File opened in June. Straightway got nomination refusal reason no genuine position showing in paper. MA provide all the documents. It's very desperate time immi didn't ask for documents.

Don't know what we do now. AAT taking long time.

    what's your occupation mate?

Bro u didnt get my question right . Do u know the documents needed if there is an internal employee  whose job is to provide training? I know normally businesses pay to a tafe or a college . But this is not always the case. If there is someone in the business providing training his salary can also count towards the training benchmark requirement. My question is if thats the case what documents should be provided ?

According to forum and immi information i guess trainers payg summary is enough i am not sure if trainers salary should be 1% of employees payroll or not

again this is also assumption - may be you should provide dates of training held and employees attended  (as much information you can provide)

i suggest you better ask around and call to immi hot line and inquire and also ask your MA if not take any lawyers consultation usually they will charge you around $500 to $600 for simple advice ( cuz two of MA's gave me that price to give advice on training benchmarks)

Hi guys very sad to tell you that our nomination got refused for the second time.

    1st Nomination applied: 08/02/17

    nomination refused: 08/08/2017

    2nd Nomination applied: 20/08/2017

     Aplication: 02/02/2018

    Nomination refusal: 07/07/2018

    Low risk applicant

    sales and marketing manager

the reason on the first time was because of tranining and second time because the company didn’t provide enought reasons why my husband was necessary to the company, after 7 years working for them. They never asked for further information just got refused.

The only option that we have is to appeal but that can take more than 2 years so, arrivederci we are leaving for good.

The only thing I can suggest is if you haven’t heard from them put EVERYTHING even a picture of your desk to demonstrate that you are a genuine employee, and even thought you never know.

we have submitted a refund request for the first one in December and haven’t heard anything back, so don’t even bother to do it, they just want to get money from immigrants like us and reject us.

Wishing you all the best of luck on your apliccations

Sorry to hear elote, but if you don't mind can you explain what went wrong on training criteria?
