When we lodged our application i did go and visit him we spent 4 months together i sent the department our photos too now i can’t because im my mother’s career and my psychologist sent them a letter saying that i cant visit due to being a career so if they can speed up so my husband can come but still no speed up. we applied for visitor visa for him and it got rejected due to lack of previous travel. the concern is that he had his medicals and interview 3 months after i came back from my visit and after that there is no news. been 15 months since the medicals done now. it has expired by now
Can you take only one week off from your work? If so, you should go. Also write a detailed email to immigration, tell them about how you can't visit him and also about his visit visa. Tell them about your emotional difficulties, request them to accelerate your application and ask if they need any more documents from you.

Do health assessment expires after 12 months? If yes, then should we wait for CO to email before getting another one done?

Hi everyone,
Just like a member here Dr Samra, my husband’s application has also been going on since July 2017. and on this july 15 it’ll be 24 months since the lodgement.
Interview and medical was requested in march 2018 and has expired now. so has the PCC. I just don’t understand what’s going on here our case is straight forward. No previous marriages or visa refusals etc nothing. When enquired, only tells me that security checks are going on.
I request for everyone to PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE pray for us. we’ve not seen eachother since 17 months now Please pray that he is granted his visa soon may Allah ease everyone’s pain!
Hi!
May I ask why you haven't seen each other for 17 months? You may have reasons but seeing each other while waiting for visa is crucial. A member here had her visa rejected because they didn't meet each other for 2 years. This might be the reason why your visa is delayed. Please pay a visit to each other as soon as possible, either apply for visit visa for your husband or you see him. -

hey mates, into the 6th month now, all docs/meds/PCC front loaded
unfortunately, I have been diagnosed with Type-2 diabetics and High BP and put on medication, and it's getting very challenging managing my food/daily life routine alone.
if this enuff of a medical reason for special consideration if I send Islamabad AHC to look into our file sooner by providing a detailed medical letter?
Are you sponsor or applicant?

I think you can get from any centre not necessarily a govt. It seems we should also get our as after submitting PCCs don’t know when they will look through the application and by then polio certificate will be expired......
Yep renew all your expired PCC and polio certificate.

We got It from Lahore. It’s easy you just need to go to govt hospital with passport and they can vaccinate and give certificate promptly. Is this first time you are submitting polio certificate ?
Is it necessary to obtain it from government hospital? Nope, previously I got it from CMH, rawalpindi.

Ok thanks. When was your PCCs expired? Have you submitted your husbands PCCs now?
I think in March 2019. I just got my husband PCC. Hey, where did you get your polio vaccination certificate?

You should wait as your HAP ID Is not active now. They will activate if they ask to redo. But I heard that they don’t ask usually. What else they asked you To provide apart from PCCs?. I think if they had to ask for medics they should have buy now.
Have you provided them the new PCCs?
First they asked about my PCC's. Then they told me to submit PCC's of missing addresses. Then they asked to submit my husband's AFP and recently asked my husband's Pakistan PCC and my polio certificate.

Going through the same, I am also worried about medicals as I did mine in May 2018 too.
I don't know what is best thing to do now. Should wait for CO request or redo medicals by myself? What do you think?

Hey guys!
AHC has been requesting me every document that has been expired. I am worried if they tell me to give medical exam again as last time I did exam was in May 2018. Has anyone here ever been requested to do medical exam again after a year? -

Asalamu alaikum everyone,
I've been following this forum for a few months now... I'm sponsoring my partner's visa application. DOL was 14 April 2019... so still a long way to go
He got his biometrics done in April... it said in the letter to take polio certificate but the biometrics people didn't take it. So, should I just upload it to his application or does he need to show it when he goes for medical?
Also, if we have no children... would we still need to show a family composition (something that shows his parents and siblings names?). I'm really confused about whether applicant's get asked for this or not?
You have to show polio certificate when you go for medical exam.
Yes, obtain nadra family composition that shows information about applicant's parents and siblings.

Aoa everyone!
I know this is 309 visa forum but I want some guidance regarding permanent visa 100. Would like to know especially from Pakistani applicants who have been granted 100 or in process of applying.
