Immigration may cancel your visa if they find out unless your study leave is related to your work with your employer and you have an agreement in place saying you will return to work for your employer after your study leave. Make sure any arrangement is properly documented just in case immigration checks. With all computerisation going on and interdepartment linkaging, it is so easy for immi to check if your are getting paid by your employer and paying taxes. If they notice you are not getting paid, they will ask your employer where you are.

That said, this is just my opinion. Check with an immigration official if possible, or an immigration expert.

I don’t think it’s that easy for immi department to check if your getting paid, otherwise they wouldn’t ask for payslips which in most cases they do.

    hii everyone

    i applied as a cook

    rcb, nomination and visa file

    20/december/2016

    rcb approved within weeks

on 31july they asked me for AFP straightaway.

they didn’t ask any document for nomination and my restaurant is sold in february.

is this normal because they skip nomination file even we never update anything from buisness side?

please suggest me if anyone had experience like me. thanks

Hi,did you stopped paying full time tax when the business is sold?

  4. There’s only so much a person can take.

But I guess the imm departments never really saw us as human, they only take us as a tool to benefit only the Australians.

As they keep taking in the refugees and acting so kind to them,we are suffering so much and don’t even get to decide our own fate.

im guess the time will only increase to where they suck dry every bit of hope and life out of us,then they will decide our fate depends on not the fair judgement but only on how good the coffee they had in the morning.

    To hell with the system

You should be uploading your payslips too to your file if you want to have a decidion-ready application.

If you don’t, they will ask for them once they open your file. From the payslip they will see not only how many hours weekly you’re rostered but also what your salary is (has to be as per the requirements, not less).

If you want to have a strong case you should be working full-time (on paper), otherwise it might seem as your position is not genuine and/or needed.

Full-time position and correct salary are crucial. 15 hrs per week is less than part-time even so you are basically applying for a visa with a casual position and making it easy for Immi to refuse your application.

Thank you so much for your reply,it’s very helpful :)

    1. Yes it is more than important to work full-time as that’s the whole point with the Sponroships. The sponsor needs to prove they need you (and can pay you) full-time.

    2. Uploading information should be done according to the processing time. As 187 has relatively long processing time uploading the latest quarterly financial statement of the business and your payslips every 3 months seems sufficient. Some do it every 6 but you never know when they will open your file so it’s best to have most at any given time.

    Cheers

Hi mila but how would immi knows if you are working full time or part time? Cuz I’m working full time but my boss only pays 15hours tax..will it effect my visa?

    Hi Dhillon7...

The reason for the refusal was that not enough documents to show company is able to sponser me for 2 years.  But i have been working here fulltime for 2.3 years. The lawyer didnt upload the financial statements of 2016-2017 and the latest BAS. He was not doing his job and was a fraud. His registration was suspended for 6 months for doing fake application to the immigration with another case.

hi anandjose, just checking is your MA happen to be a guy named Adam Chen? He is my ma and he is not doing anything besides taking my money
