  1. Hi everyone I’ve one question if some1 help me. I want to apply 186 trn visa. I studied in Australia I did diploma of hospitality 2 yr  and diploma of business management 1 year and tiling 2 year total 5 year. Is all that course can I count like exemption English. Bcz immi site they said 5 yr higher education they will count exemption English or still I need to pass ielts thanks

  2. How long you were waiting for AAT. Can we apply nominations and visa again with same employer. If they refused before . I’m in the same boat bro. They refused my1 in April . I applied AAT. My ma told me apply visa again because new rules . We don’t need training benchmark . They refused my1 for training. And approved my friend and 1 other guy. Thanks

This is from my agent this morning.

    5.       Reason for refusal:  Did not meet the Training Benchmark B requirement for one of the years

The Training Benchmark rules have changed over recent years, and what was once acceptable (average the years of the approved SBS) now appears no longer to be acceptable.  You can no longer ‘turn back the clock’ and make up the difference.  This lack of flexibility is causing a great deal of angst for many employers  with files still pending.  Our clients have always been able to ‘make up the difference’ in previous years.

So what your lawyer said now. Any hope to win in aat.

yes, you can if you are on-shore.

Go medicare website and apply it. You don't need to buy the 457 insurance any more.

Hi I applied 186 and I got Medicare and my 186 nominations has been refused. And I’ve Bupa insurance should I’ve to keep it or I can stop. Bcz I’m paying them last 3.7 yr more 4 month left what you recommend?

His same situation with me my boss paid 1%  plz provide advice

Plz explain me briefly . I already lodge AAT . There is any chance to win or not . What happens if they attach some other documents after getting my refusal to secure them . Is that possible

It is not that simple. If the company paid 2% to fund, it is worth going to AAT. However, in case of benchmark B (1%), there is a lot of room of consideration for CO to tick the box or refuse the nomination. If you google this topic, you will find out how complicated it can be to convince COs that the company complied with the law in full.

Yess they didn’t pay 2% . But they showed documents where they spend 1% .
