Want to share my news with you all. 

Got my golden email today. Its been 10 years and finally arrived.

My time line is 

Cook TRT

Nomination applied 08/01/2018

Visa applied 09/01/2018

Both granted on same day 29/08/2018.

I wish and pray you all will get your golden mail soon. Just have faith on god. 

One of my friend appllied in Dec 2017 TRT 187 chef got his PR in August  2018 online processing time says 15 to 17 months

Is that good news or bad?

I dont think so. I never seen or heard anything like that.

Looks like peter dutton will remain as a Home affairs minister.  

Yes your employer and MA if you have one will know first regarding  business nomination approval.

Hi Zanfo. Yes it may slow down the process if you are outside of Australia.

Strange tho, as I have three letters in my IMMI account and none contain the footer like in the document you attached.

It should be down the bottom of the page in the Middle stated whether its NSW Pese or somthing  else.

It does not really matter when we applied because its strange how some applicants got their visa application outcome sooner than others  who applied bit earlier.
