I was advised by my MA, it'll take around 1 year to get the result from MRT.

And while I wait for the result, I plan to find another job to sponsor me 457. 

Reason is I am not happy working for my current employer, I know it will take 4 years till I will be eligible for applying another PR ? But I think it is worth the wait since 

I am struggling every single day working here. 

and during the time, if I can find the employer who is willing to sponsor me, I'd quit my job straight away. Question is, Can I withdraw the appeal?

they refuse my nomination just because it was notpaid on due date.

 There is insufficient evidence to demonstrate that the business has fulfilled the training commitments during the most recent SBS approval and the case officer has considered it is not reasonable to disregard the failure despite a training contribution having been paid on 26 May 2017.

yes i applied on 26 th may.Lawyer told me to apply but not taking guarantee to win the appeal.Is there anybody who are in the same situation?

we still on 457 visa upto next year

hi i am new on this forum was reading all the updates but was a silent follower till now.Today i got my nomination refusals as a restaurant manager just because of training benchmark.According to you should i appeal for that .Is there anybody facing the same problem?thanks
