Nomination and visa applied in  april 2017

Nomination approved on 11th march 2019

Requested documents for nominations are position genuine or not

 proofs of genuinety, 

Advertising proofs,

Local recruitment efforts proofs

Company structure. 

 

Submitted everything by 3rd March and nomination approved on 11th march . Sameday requested for my police check and partners medicals and pcc.

Submitted everything on 30th march.

Received PR on 20th April.

Finally 10 years wait is finished by gods grace.

My occupation is Customer service manager 

NSW.

Are you talking about all documents? They received my documents that’s why they grant me bridgeing visa

i never check that but I asked to my MA he said nothing so far as he is not changing this statement from 3 years I’m soooo depress what to do I don’t know have to prepare for English test and start study as well. Even I have 3 month old little one

Hi when you applied I think in 2017 or 2018

even I’m waiting from mid 2016

its not emotional everything depend on this decision I’m not emotional fool 

when we applied there was only 3 months even I spend a lot on Australian degree even I spend more 3 years for waiting

that time we were playing to buy home but now these days you have to a lot for same type of home and another thing we are living in regional area from 2016 and still if it’s granyed then have another 2 years 

this is not enough only f something happen I will not have any another option to stay here so it really stopped my life I’m not talking about yours

im approaching second option as somebody suggest me to study automotive 1 year and after that JRP and then I will be eligible for new PR 

but people confusing me some says two years study required for that some days only 1 year Is fine as  I did 2 years master (MBA) from Australia uni. So still i need to do another 2 years plz help me I’m very upset and confused

I contact my MA today he said he has around 100 applications who are waiting from 2016 he said he already send a reminder to department but I can’t trust him I think he is not doing anything about reminders. He always giving me stress saying you can’t do anything without wait.
