Great, you are just oround the edge. they won't grant you visa with this medical. they will ask you for new medical, upon expired followed by the visa grant. its quite normal especially when medical is about to expire. good Luck!

I had my interview on 8th march and they requested for additional documents i provided since then they have gone silent and just last week they ask for a new police check becoz the first one has expired and i have submitted and this week and my medical will expired this week so i do not know if they will ask for new one hopefully i get my grant soon

U r above the average processing timeline now you suppose to call them and let them know about that or if u have a migration agent or lawyer, he should do something about it becoz this is so frustrating and stressful why make the case complicated when it is not i am also in the same situation an i told my migration agent she told me to wait till end of this month which will be my timeline if no anwer from them that she will take the case to court atleast to know what is going on.....i applied in 29 June 2017 after my daughter was born i included her in the application too... Good luck for all of us becoz no one which to stay away from his/her partner we r marriage to lived together and Allah will help all of us inshaAllah

I lodge in june 2017 it is almost 15th months now, my husband hired a migration agent from australia there she told us that they r still processing, i apply from Guinea i think i am the only one from Guinea on this site

We ask my lawyer she is a MARA agent ans she said we should wait till the 12th months is completed which is next month if there is still no outcome so we can take it to court  and my police clearance will expired next month too on 23th june i guess they will ask for another report, becoz police clearance is only valid for 12 months i guess if i am not mistaking

Sorry amad, yea u r right i have been waiting for my grant since three months now, after my interview and all add documents submitted but no response till now i think people r just getting tired of this visa grant drama and prefer to stay behind Allah until they r granted... I applied also on 24th june from Guinea with my 9 months baby but had my interview done already since 8th march and all documents submited too just waiting for the final decision since i understand your stress becoz i am going through the same thing too cant wait to be with my husband... May God make it easy for all us to be granted soon

i applied from Guinea i have not been lucky yet to be granted yet just a bit stress waiting since, maybe becoz i applied from Africa or maybe my baby is included that it is why it taking long ??? dnt worry your case may be different i have seen applicant submited their medical on the 10th or 11th months and a week later got interview and 2days later was granted the visa.... Praying for all of us to be granted soon ????
