Did they decide anything on your application or what ???They refused my nomination
-
Hi everyone
Letting you guys know about few things that everybody need to carefull about. My judgement is based on my application.
PAYG- department refuse to believe payg as proof of income because it's as they say "internally created document " .
Organisation chart - this part I don't understand . They are saying why didn't tell them about other employees even the organisation chart tell the name and job title of every employee who works at our business.
Director involvement - why wasn't director of company involved in business full time .
Department didn't have us opportunity to explain all this or submit more documents.
If anybody else has similar experience let me know .

Bad news, sorry to hear
What I dont get is how can they say that the role is not needed if your 457 has been granted 2 years ago? that obviously means that at that point they did think it was needed and you have been working in the role since.
I know they are more strict now, but with this kind of reasons of refusal they basically are not in line with decisions they made in the past...
I know its very frustrating. They are saying why aren't business owners involved in operating business daily to daily .
They wanted to have detailed description of job duties ,position and documents to prove their identification.
They are saying we didn't provide enough documents to prove that business still need a customer service manager.
Payg ,employment contract ,all financial documents, statement by owner about my genuineship , pay slip and a statement made by lawyer about explain being my role in business all these things doesn't really count much .

How did you get 3 case officers?? Something doesn't add up here..
Anyway sorry for your result. My application was offshore. Case officer said I can apply MRT onshore then they said I can't. After I withdraw my application then they sent me another refusal letter out of blue saying I can . All 3 times It was different case officer. It was too much complicated and they said let's do the same application again . Had to do everything all over again .had to pay all the fees again .

You have said you are refused three times. Does it mean you applied in different a occupation ( in any of the 3 attempts)?
Same application same occupation but 3 case officer sent 3 different refusal letter but all the time telling my review differently. Then I have to go back apply it again had to do everything all over again but it was same application I have to apply twice . It took immigration 2 yrs to approve 457 .

That was miscommunication happen at that time . They had 2 client with same name . By mistake they have sent email to me regarding refusal .

Hi guys
My nomination has been refused after 10 month since apply .its customer service manager Trt high risk.
Immi account still saying received no update on immi account yet .
Reason are
business failed to prove that they need customer service manager ( even though 70 % of business is online )
nominee didn't provide enough evidence to prove that he is performing the duties( provided statement from colleague and owner , PAYG , bank statement , detail of customer service team ,provide more documents then originally provided for 457 etc )
My MA is saying decision is ludicrous and reason are unjustified . She told me in her 21 years of being MA she never saw the way immigration dealing these days . Its ridiculous.
Good luck to everybody who is waiting for decision

Hi guys
Need some advice here .
My MA has sent me an email asking if business can pay for trainning benchmark for financial year 2017 to 2018 .
They are asking my employer to pay for benchmark B as its cheaper coz then business only have to 1% of payroll of year .
We have Australian staff at workplace and my MA said all they want is a receipt from a approved institute that we have paid for trainning benchmark B .
My question is if business paying for trainning benchmark B do they have to send some of their employees to get trainning? because my MA said none of the employees has to go through training and immigration only want receipt.
Thanks for your help in advance

Mine is same as well . I have applied it last year July 2017 . Customer service manager trt. Status showing received but it states that it was updated in November 2017. Don't know what that means ?

Talk to your MA agent ASAP.
I assume your nomination has been refused. Speak to your MA to find out why?
My MA They are idiot . They were trying to say they need updates documents because the immigration has been refusing application without asking for further documents instead they said we need these documents that it come to their attention department has refused application without further documentation .
I presume it was application that immigration refused.
