Thanks MaggieMay24 , so while I am on bridging Visa can I work with any other employer full time and one or two days with my sponsoring employer.

As far as I know if your visa conditions NIL you can work with other employer but please do if possible to work full time with sponsored employer. On the other hand, when your visa granted you must work 2 years fully time with your nominated employer, also you can work part time with other employers as well because 187 is permanent visa.

any suggestion would be highly appreciable ?

Please withdraw file and lodge new visato different employer if you have substantive visa.

Cook waiting  nominations 18/06/2017 in South Australia ??? I might need to wait one more year.. to get response. If I have to go back processing time it was 12 to 13 months . Now 23months,why they are doing this. I am planning to do skill Assessment but this also takes 5 months. This is weird

Someone knows the reason why the DIBP does not process the visa following a chronological order? I have been waiting since July 2016 for a 187 direct entry visa in South Australia working with the same employer since the end of 2014. Honestly piss me off seeing someone else waiting for much less receiving the PR...geez!

U r right man. This immigration minister is dickhead racist and this government as well. They delivertly not processing

Can u please share ur timeline and reason of refusel..thanx

Mate there are two better option for you. Which state u live?? If you live in regional area and you have studied there u might get 489 visa with 50 points but u need have  full skill assessment. So, what is full skill assessment?  Means you need to have 3 years full time experience or 6 years part time. you also eligible to apply skill assessment. There two states you might get quick invitations., NSW or NT for 190 and 489 for south Australia is an option for 489 only. For your situation you might try 190 if you have 55 points for NSW. If you have 50points you only eligible to apply 489. I would suggest you to go with migration agent. They guide you best options also it is important that you needto be hurry some time invitations takes long time to get. Hope this helps for you. Cheers

    Thanks mate.

hi how many years of experience you have as a cook? after your qualifications that also matter to get invitation. You need to have two years full time after qualifications to get state nomination approved for 190.

That's an education organisation.  The skills assessor for cooks is Vetassess:  https://www.vetassess.com.au/skills-assessment-for-migration/trade-occupations/guides-and-fact-sheets

For most visas, the skills assessment must be valid when the application is submitted.  I'm not sure if this is also the case for 187 DE applications.

Mate this one is only fastest way to get skills assessment please check in their website they have written everything in there

Guys my suggestion If you have currently having 3 years full time or 6 years part time  experience.please do the skill assessment as a cook or chef. This might lead to or visa 489 or 190. If your nomination rejected you can lodge your AAT and at the same time you are eligible to apply those visa, whether you guys meet the criteria. Skill assessment RTO in Australia are vetassess. Victoria University can do the skill assessment. Please use your time to do this.. cheers

I copied this from same Vikas Jain guy on Facebook.
But somehow believe that this is just a trap which agents write on Facebook which are social platform.
I will only take better if it is written on immigration website8ac80f747a82d67130fd696ee08abcd2.jpg7fcc9e555030af3b40244cedc66fac0d.jpg

Serena, there is no official link but the recent refusals for 457, 187 or 186 provides you the reasons for Refusal that starts with - ‘ I have considered and assessed the information in the nomination application and all the information provided by the applicant. I have not requested for additional information. I note the acknowledgement letter sent on -/-/- that stated: “The department may make a decision on your application without requesting additional information. You should provide us with all the information you feel is relevant.” At time of decision, Departmental systems were checked, however no additional documents/ information have been provided by the applicant. No further documents have been received by the Department’ and then it ends with ‘ the nomination does not meet subregulation 5.19(3) or 5.19(4) of the Regulations, the nomination has failed to meet all the criteria for approval of the nomination of a position. I, therefore refuse application for approval of the nomination of a position’. Thank You ?
