mine is the same. Nomination is "received", but visa is "initial assessment". And after submitted medical and police check, three months passed, no news.
fingers crossed...
They just making money to do it
As they ask me same documents in dec 2016 with out approving my nominations
And took that long with out no news and now asked me again medical and police clearance 4 weeks ago and again disappeared [emoji35]

23 November 2016 submitted my new afp
And they request new medical on 18 December 2016
After was no news
My MA said to apply new AFP
But I submitted medical and afp twice
Let see what they will ask again or may be not
If co will see it has been done twice
Hope they will not ask any thing-

My nomination is approved today. No documents asked. Onle waiting for medical due to done. This forum helped me a lot.

visa: 09/11/2017
occupation: Baker. 186 TRT

-First year I was full of hope, dreaming and about to get property here,
-End of second year I totally lost my hope and start thinking to go back,
-last 3 months I’m almost ready to leave,
it looks like rather then saying no straight away, what they want is applicants to give up so there will be no excuse from immi.

Hi Pomz! I have a question not sure if anyone having similar difficulty to understand.
My partner is on depending visa from me and she has been going and back to Australia many times last 2 years.
Do you guys think that, this makes delay to our application?
We have been waiting for 27 months not even one word from immigration.
My MA saying she is the second applicant so There is nothing to worry about.
No that’s not a reason because we haven’t been overseas since we applied but we also didn’t get any thing as I applied may 2016-

I am also ready for refusal. Just wanna see the result. After lodge my application last 2 years time we paid bridging visa 5 times which cost nearly $750 + $1500 for complain to my MA, $100 new police checks, $700 health checks... more and more! Sick of waiting mate.

How come immi can ask police check, form80 without nomination approved ???

In my case they asked medical for my kids in December 2016
But still waiting for nominations approval -
Every year, each payroll usuall october- september each year on the completion of payroll cycle.
My MA said first three years -
2 years and 1 month complete
Still no news
Doesn’t matter for me if any time frame there-

How come you applied 2016 so it means it’s been 25 months still undecided? Did you apply through 186 TRT or 187 DE?
Yes it’s 186 trt -

Has someone applied 186 TRT on 09/11/2017 or around the time? Its been more than 7 months but still no CO has been assigned yet.

Hi friends
How are you all of you
I got my visa on 14 August and nominations 5 th July
Now my boss trying to sale businesses but she had disputes with landlord that’s why she is closing down and of this month and my 457 visa was finish last year and I was in brigging visa
All together I work 5 years with her
Would I get any problem in future because of closing business to get my citizens
Plz any recommendations from any one
I’m so stressed now
