Good way to exploit people. Keeping them wait for years and refuse with a silly reason. If Australian citizen can perform cook duties and why the hell is cook on the list.

I need to ask a question that I have got positive assessment with vetassess as a customer service manager on the basis of Australian Diploma and 2 years work experience onshore. However, while claiming points for skilled visa can I use my Australian masters degree (which is not in management field- it is in science field) to claim 15 points? Because diploma can get me 10 points only.

Is this possible? please help

Hi everyone

I need to ask a question in relation to BVE. Currently I am on BVE and I know that I can't make any further visa application while onshore. If I have enough points for 190 visa can I lodge EOI while onshore and after invitation I can travel offshore and apply for 190 visa? Is this possible or I need to be offshore even for an EOI?
