I got pay rise from company every year ;( it broke my heart looks like decided NO without even checking my file  

Company is expanding day by day - profit margins are increasing... acc to the officer company invested a lot in last year and they did not see much  profit. I really don't understand this ... company has invested for bigger machines which means production scale is going up  .... because sales are increasing. so so so disappointed.

this is so sad, my heart  melts every time I read refusal letter. my Nomination was refused yesterday for a stupid reason ... I have been advised either withdrawal or go to AAT.

yes ,  !!! Apparently there is no information about case officer but they requested further documents. It's been 8 weeks they requested my PC (as old ones were expired ) . it staking so long

Nah!!!!!!!!!!! still  no luck its been 2 months now, they requested documents on 12apr. My MA told most of the cases getting negative results , god  this is so scary. I wish everyone get PR

Hi all 

I lodged my 187 in March 2017 , after 12 month of wait case officer is allocated around 4 weeks ago. They requested PCC + form 80 , my MA submitted it next week, after that my IMMi status changed to further assessment. I am getting worried as I have not heard this situation before. Nomination is not approved yet , no new why they just ask for my PCC and form 80.  Point i am trying to make here is that  am not seeing any progress. is anyone else going through same situation? Please advise if you guys have any idea.

they just asked my for both PCC , indian and AFP, even though i have provided it. SO I applied for new ones + form 80
