Hi @andrew2307
Can someone actually do that ? - i.e. upload an explanation note instead of the actual document - when applying ? Also, did you happen only upload the note or also get the document signed by someone that is not on the list ?
Do you think it would be Ok to get it signed by someone on that list a few months after the application has submitted ?
Thank you
Yeah I just got an explanation in word document by simply saying that I have noone from the occupation list to sign & I can get someone else to sign it. That's all. They have not contacted me and I already got citizenship test date.

Hey guys
The DoHA asked me to bring all the documents on the test day. However when I uploaded the prove of identity form and photograph - they were NOT signed by anyone from occupation list, instead I just upload a formal explanation of not to have known anyone from the occupation list. Can they still request (during interview/on the test day) to get them signed by someone?

I created the application on immi however my parent's name was also added to the application. So there are two people listed as you go to attach docs. How is it possible?

Just want to get some information if any one could help me or give me suggestion regarding my case. I have lived in australia for 9 years and i came back to my home country in the year 2017 august. While i was in australia i got my rcb approved in may 2017 and i have applied rcb and nomination together, september 2017 i have lodged my pr application position (hairdresser nsw region) and i have submitted my medicals, police clearance, business documents etc. So far its been 15 months and file hasn't open and i have no idea how long its going to take. I got married six month ago and my wife is studying masters 1st year and i am planning to apply her student visa but i have no idea is it worth applying? Do i get the visa or not? If anyone can give me suggestion regarding my case will be great.
Thanks
- Fill form change in circumstances n add you wife to you visa file. Pay extra applicant fee, show the history of relationship ship, translate docs etc. And if the application is successful she will be pr as you get the visa. That's what I did

Hello Everyone !!
I have a question . If a restaurant has 4 stuffs and Annual Turnover is almost 7,00,000 . Is the business is ideal for getting 187 visa.
THANKS
You better get yourself MA to assess your pros and cons of getting a visa approved at that place

Just have one letter but upload to both of your applications

Hi may I ask who got the rsms visa granted without a supporting letter of the accountant? Is it a must?I got. It's not a must unless the business has financial troubles.

Well he acted the right way. Otherwise if you do all the steps separately: your rcb will take 3or 4 months, then Nom 16-20 m, then visa 16-20 m. Then you have to work for employer for 24 months.. 6 years... That would be a long time for you. Take it easy, once you cross 16 months then you can start worrying update doc etc
-
Just wait your nomination and visa will take around 20 months depending on application. By that time your rcb must get approved.

Guys How can i get to know if my MA has updated my all documents or not, i can see all documents related to me like passport, AFP, my previous work experience and payslips and recent ones as well but since march when immi updated their software I couldn’t even see Business financial documents (BAS AND TAX RETURN)on my immi account as everything is updated from my Boss to MA.
What is better way to know if these documents are updated from MA or not .Contact your MA and ask for update. He/she has to give you answers, updates and any other reasons

So have you supplied the requested information? If it is been more than 28 days give them a call ( phone number in the document request form) and ask what's going on with your file as the timeline says up to 28 days. Even if you have an agent looking after your file, I would strongly suggest to give a call yourself as agents do not bother much sometimes. G'luck
