What a chance to get invitation on (60+5)- 65points in NSW in a Cook Occupation.

I just applied Eoi on 18 July 2019.

Does anyone have idea?

Hi all,i submitted my 489 visa on Feb 19, i claimed just  1 year experience,

But at the moment i left that job, i am doing another job, but i haven't updated or told to immigration about my changed job.

So, it will be problem? Or I must tell immigration about my new job? Or should be OK?

my Nomination was refused, then my visa was refused too, because I want to apply for AAT FOR BOTH.

i did my technical interview and waiting for its,  result should be come within a week,

i hope so I will get through it’s,

Because all migration agents telling different.

pls advise me if u can,

my 457 visa refused because of employer Nomination refused,

i don’t have any substantive cure Visa, I am holding BVA visa  as I applied AAT,

Can I eligible to apply 190 or 489 visa, if I have 65 points with Offshore or Onshore?

Because in Immigration website on 190 or 489 visa, it’s says

”  u r not eligible for this Visa If u have visa cancelled or Refused in Australia.”

And I called and asked in Immigration, they told me u can apply this visa even u Onshore,

but some Migration Agent told me u can’t apply,

so so please me advice and will be appreciated

Hi Guys 

my MA has to say now a days rules changed for Offshore Visa application on Section 48,

he told me u can go offshore with BVB during the new visa application, but when u comeback to Australia, your visa application will be invalid automatically, 

WHEN I ASKED ANOTHER 2 MA, they told can lodge New Visa application Offshore and can return to Australia, no problems,

so very hard to believe and trust any one, and I don’t know who are right and what will I need to do,

Hi So If I am on Briding Visa A , Of I want to apply any other visa then I need to go Offshore,

I need to wait offshore till visa decision comes? Or

I can come back to Australia after new visa lodge?

It is in a small town and lots compition ,

No other sponsor except me,

j had 457 approved last year with this business,

so

That’s not good news,

still I am waiting as a cook from oct 16

no news at all,

and the business have less turn over,

so I hope I will get approval,
