Hi just curious what was the reason immi refused nomination and what documents u submitted aat?Its made me crazy! Since last Year March refusal and waiting now still no results. My boss submitted further documents last month. No no no results. Already blank everyday and no planning anymore. DEAD walking......... -

I am recently won AAT cases, set aside decision by member.
My visa application was withdraw after my nomination got refusal, my MA said this is a better way to prevent visa refusal history.
So my AAT case is
Nomination Only
Nov 2016 AAT Started
My MA suggested me to placed a new RSMS application (nomination and visa, same company) in March 2017
Now the AAT case is set aside, the nomination have been approved. I am wondering what should i do next? or What will happened next! What about the my Visa?
I would like to hear more suggestions from professional MA, please, thank you so much!

Just curious why immi refused ur nomination? And how did u prove that immi was wrong?
I got my nomination refused too. Im so worried. -
Thats really a sad news. But its so weird because usually they dont really refuse applications for profit and loss when u apply through Transition stream. They check traning benchmark, ur salay and company tax lodgement papers.Hello everyone, I’m a silent reader, just got a call from MA, my application was lodged on June, 2017, and nomination got refused today. I’ve seen people asking about if business operating at loss will affect your visa. The answer is , yes!
From my experience if u apply DE they look for wether the company can afford u for next 2 years.
Just wondering on the refusal latter did they say company can not afford u bcoz its showing loss?? Any other reason they mentioned for refusal? -
If u have ielts and skill assessment then DE is easier. Employer doesnt need to show tranning benchmark.

I apply for nomination and Visa on 12 of nov 2017 and I already get nomination refused just on Tuesday 6th February just 3 months after applying.
got to lodge an appeal before 22 of February.
QLD, retail Manager, 30 staff 90%australian.
Have u guys have heard someone win an appeal?
