I am lodging a PR application, Can someone help me if I need to certify all the documents to upload, as in the IMMI site it says, scan the original copies not the photocopies or certified copies.

If am not supposed to scan the certified copies then there is no point in getting them certified, so I am confused here.

I dont think you get my question. I have already applied for 186 Direct Entry Scheme. I want to know what happens if I change my employer at this stage.

Your new employer cannot sponsor you on a 457 as they ceased to exist last weekend. 

Hi team, I have put in my PR application (186 - Direct Entry Stream) and I am about to complete 2 years with my current employer. However I am considering changing my employer who will provide me 457 sponsorship. Can you please let me know what is the impact on my visa application if I change my employer and probably my skill too.

I have been in AUS for 22 months on 457 and applying for 186 Direct Entry Scheme PR. Can you please let me know if my usual country of residence should be AUS or my home country based on my citizenship.

I am applying for 186 Direct Entry Scheme. Employer Nomination is being looked after an agency and I am working on my application myself. Can you please confirm if 3 reference letters are required my previous manager and if so which format. I have already received a Service letter from my current manager when I applied for Skills Assessment.

PTE must be valid when you lodge your 186 Visa Application. As Long as it is valid and if your Visa File will open after Nov 2018 than you do not give PTE exam again for sure. So good Luck with your 186 Visa File. I hope this information will be Helpful. [emoji4][emoji4][emoji4]

You Can still use that result it is valid for 3 years for immigration Purpose. It is valid till Nov 2018

Hi team, I am applying for 186 Direct Entry PR by this month end. I had taken up PTE exam in Nov 2015 and it is valid until Nov 2017. As per govt website I can use English test results taken up within last 3 years. So can i still use this or should I take up another test.

Can you please let me know if Police verification is required for a 5 year old dependent application. I will be lodging 186 PR visa application.
