About 2 months here after submitted police check and health examination. Do you all have any hope to hearing from Immi in 2020 yet?

I don’t think so.  Because we come under Non-critical skill category Immi is not going to look at any of our file for very long time as they have quoted on immi website. We have people here on our forum waiting for last 8 months after winning AAT. One of my friend is been waiting for 9 months. There is absolutely no hope at the moment until covid19 is either finished or vaccination arrives let alone only this year.

Exactly that what I’m thinking. When AAT send back to Immi it’s go to the end of the line, and it’s start from the beginning.

I’ve never heard anyone went back into the queue of piled up files after winning AAT.  It’s been 5 months ever since I have been asked to provide supporting documents never heard anything after

Oh Ok, then that’s said that they are still not processing your file,

because I was just wondering may be they are not giving you PR because you got someone overseas and in this Pandemic they don’t won’t to bring overseas people in.
but this is really strange that, they are not processing applications after Medical and AFP clearance as well.

Dont know how long it will take more after this too.

I don’t know how long it will take for Immi to look at our files but I have a feeling they’re not going to look at files from AAT until next years.

Everything is going too slow have been waiting as well after nominations done. Watering my patience everyday😜😜😜😄😄

I hope at least it’s going too slow that way we would have an idea that files are processing. But I have not heard anything positive from anyone who had any information regarding remitted files.

Hey guys my hearing went well according to my boss. The reason my nomination was rejected was because according to the department the company cannot afford me for 2years which is wrong. My boss said the member was satisfied with the financials that were provided. I am a manager at a hotel and we are shut right now due to covid19 and his question was will the company afford me while we are closed and if I will be employed when the hotel opens. My boss said the member gave her hard time on our organisational chart that’s because it was 3 years old from when I applied for the PR and that’s what he had on file. At the end he asked for an updated organisational chart along with the apprentice pay slips and proof of them being citizen or a resident from 4years ago, that’s just for the training benchmarks, lastly he asked a statement from our company’s accountant saying they can pay me for next 6 months with limited operations of the hotel until Covid19 crisis is controlled and that should also include cash flow. We are big company with multi massive hotels around Melbourne, I just think we are getting picked on for no reason, everything they asked for we have it, I just don’t understand what’s the big deal about organisational chart. Hope this helps others and good luck to every one. We are going to submit the rest of the documents either today or tomorrow, I will update again once I hear more about it.

Take care guys and good luck to all

I’m stuck in the same kind of situation now. We have everything but I just can’t really get it why are they making it hard. But please do let us know what response you have received. Good luck

Hey it’s not problem at all ask for extension. We did cause documents wasn’t done. You can ask for 2 weeks. So we asked then documents was ready after 2 days after extensions

We asked for 2 weeks of extension and we supplied them all the requested documents. It’s been 3 week we haven’t heard anything from them yet. How many days you had to wait until you got any reply from AAT.

  9. Hi everyone. I’ve applied my AAT 2018 April.

documents requested by AAT on 22 Feb. They also mentioned something asking Information about if company has been ever monitored by the department of Home Affairs and Any Audits been undertaken. Has anyone been asked the same or have experienced something similar.

Already called them yesterday, they said its really up to the members to decide when they gonna make the decision. I asked if it the same member for my nomination and my visa application, they said yes. So hopefully after my call they will remember to open and have a look to give the decision soon before XMas!!!🤞🤞🤞

Good luck with that brother. I hope you get a good news soon.

Nup, nothing at all:(( tomorrow will be exactly 1 month.

Ring them to see if everything is going well. Ask them if they need anymore documents or who knows they must have already sent your file to Immigration department. Hope for the best.
