Is anyone here working as a Lead educator and 2IC (second in charge) at the same time in a daycare setting who have applied for RSMS 187 DE? 
Just wondering if is possible or if there is any problem accumulating two functions while on a RSMS visa?

dont know why but I usually have dreams that i were kicked out of Aus, stuck in my home country, got visa rejected; and always woke up in very bad feeling  (afraid, worry,..)
althought my normal life isn’t stress for me and i’m still happy day by day. I tried to give up on this forum few times ago cause reading this everyday just make me worry and frustrated. 
Sometime, i just feel not fair for us who are doing very hard to stay in Aus. And out there, I know many ppl doing fake marriage or just get pregnant as the way to Pr.

They are Opening Child care Educators Files now a Days so Just ask your MA to Email them? Did you get your Nomination yet? Which state did you apply from & When?

It is a Child Care Room Leader Position (Skill Level 2) ANZSCO Code :-421111. You need 6 in each Ielts and 50 each in PTE. I would recommend you to give PTE. Good Luck...[emoji1303][emoji1303][emoji1303]

Yes Child care Worker is eligible to apply RSMS 187 Visa as You need 3 Years work Experience and You need Certificate iii & Diploma In Children Services. You can apply as A Room Leader Position. As per my understanding, the two years contract submitted with Nomination papers, starts from the date of approval of PR (or the date of start of work after approval, if someone is offshore). By the way, I applied on 30.10.2017 from ACT Child Care Leader, however, no news as yet. Goodluck 

Hi , can you please tell me , whether or not immi ask for a new job contract when the file is picked up . I have already submitted 2 years full time contract which will expire in July 2019.but employer doesn’t like to give full time job contract afterwards but a part time position.

Have you submitted requested documents? If yes, when? I submitted on the 13thFeb. CO asked for working with children check, AFP and work experience evidence. I’m also in ACT, this same profession. My processing centre is WA, it say on the letter from immi.

You can only check you visa application but not nomination and till your nomination get approved there is no point checking your visa application because there it will show u only received. Once your nomination approved the visa status will chance further.

in feb 2018 i got married and i allready add my wife into my application 

how i bring my wife here while i am waiting for my decision I applied visitor visa twice but they refused it 

any of u have  same experience??

You should add your wife in application and if you married after application than you need to wait for your decision and only Visitor Visa option till approved your case. No other Option unless She will come on Student Visa Or Any other categories. I hope my answer will help you. Good Luck...[emoji1303][emoji1303][emoji1303]

Guys those of you who has got nomination approved can you tell one thing -

what is the status of your IMMI account is it further assessment or is it something else ?

Also did you get a message in your inbox in your IMMI account that your nomination is approved or it just only your migration agent told you ?
