How come?! 22 months? Did they explain the reason? It doesn't make sense to wait nearly 2 years? 186 is still under 457 condition,4-year visa.  But it is too long waiting period

Got reply yesterday and they just said the processing time is just a guide. The process depends on many factors and co will contact my MA if they need more info????

I asked my MA to do it for me. They sent the complain to GFU on website and received the feedback ,also got reference no for the case. GFU mentioned ENS will reply within 15 days. 

just receive the feedback from global feedback unit and they passed my complain to ENS, and ENS will provide the feedback with 15 days. Not sure what is the reply

Is it the better way to call them to push the case rather than waiting the result? Is that what you suggested?

Dido you send your complain to Global feedback unit to push your case? I ask my MA to push my case today. My waiting period is over 10months. 

Anyone call immi dept before? What kind of info should I have to provide before Making a call? Can't trust my MA and decide to follow up my case by myself. 

Any suggestions?

Did you check with your MA? I talked to my MA today and they just told me they called the board a few days ago regarding a case which applied on nov 2016.  The reply they got is that the processing time showed on website is just general info and individual case varies. Just the official reply
