Hello everyone I really need help..

I'm still waiting my 187 visa but I have met my future husband, we wanna get married and he doesn't want me to stay in remote area therefore  I wanna cancel my 187 application and apply marriage visa , what should I do to apply my marriage visa onshore? 

I'm gonna apply retail manager this month don't know if this is a good idea or not, seen so many people got refusal kind of worry, but asked my MA he said this is only way I can apply by this shop. 

If I get refusal I think there is more money I need to pay, feeling very stressful.

I'm wondering is any retail manager visa granted recently?

Cafe, retail, fuel and motel, but it's small,  only 7ppl working here, I'm afraid they will refusal me if they say my boss can manager this place by his own. How about ur case?

My agent told me many 187 retail manager application has been refusal recently, is anybody have this situation now? What reason they told you?
