No, nothing, or nothing that I am aware of. My employer has its own immigration department with dedicated lawyers dealing with the employees visas. Some documents might have been provided without my knowledge but I doubt it.

New AFP requested together with wife’s english evidence on 13/03/17. New AFP was submitted the same day as i have followed this forum and therefore have applied in advance.

My wife didnot have enough English so we decided to pay the 2nd VAC. We paid that on 31/03/18.

 

One more thing, i am not in Australia at the moment as i have tracelled back home on 22/03.

What was reason...? Also can you please tell about your restaurant...like...how big it is.how many seating ..how many staff are working... citizen and on any temporary visa ...is there any previous ENS approved or rejection...any visit from immigration...
