Nothing yet. Applied in Jan18. Hopefully grants from Pakistan are still happening within 10-12 months.
AHI usually call for intervoew around 10-12 months from the date of application submission. So don’t panic.

The email I received doesn't asking for Form 40SP but when I login in my IMMI account it is showing option to upload Form 40SP.
@SZIK You suggestion make sense, however should I fill the form all over again? or just download my application and upload it?
I filled the Pdf form before printing them, printed filled form, signed it and uploaded to immi account.

Anyone please?
If they have asked for it just upload it to sponser and applicant’s accounts. I had submitted both 40/47Sp. Form 40 should be uploaded to sponser’s accound and 47SP TO THE APPLICANT’s account. But you can upload them to both account it wont hurt.

Go to page 364 of this thread and you will see a user with the name of "Inayet" got their visa on 26th July.
It's not like the department has stopped issuing visas after 20th July. They update the current processing time statistics on their website around the 20th of each month. I read in one of these forums that there are about 120K applications in the queue for Partner Visa. The govt's current "cap" is to issue only 50K visas (in FY 2017-18 it was 43K i think). So someone who enters the queue now will have to wait on average about 2 years before they get their turn in the queue. There are countries that have much shorter processing times because Australia doesn't want to piss off people from its favourite countries.
For 2018-2019, out of 190k only 47825 visas are allocated for partner visa applicants. My question is Does the immigration follow fiscal or calender year? And is there a way to now how many have been granter so far this year?

so you mentioned all this in your statement?
Yes, statutory declaration regarding the history of your relationship should include:
how, when and where you first met
how your relationship developed
when you decided to marry. How many function u had. I.e. nikkah, mehindi, rukhsati, valeema etc with dates and venue.
your domestic arrangements (how you support each other financially, physically and emotionally and when this level of commitment began)
any periods of separation (when and why the separation occurred, for how long and how you maintained your relationship during the period of separation)
holidays spent togather and future plans.

how do we submit the immigration history they have asked for? is there any form for it?
Best way is to call immigration department and ask them. I have a same qustion. I could not find any form available online. However, there is a whole section of immigration history in form80, but i wrote it on word, made my own by creating bunch on rows and column.

Same here, no further communication after the email.
Even if you had uploaded all doc at the time of lodgement, there are certain doc which are required in current state for example communication details while being away, recent salary slips of sponsor, etc
Documents which are required in current state are mentioned in the checklist
Thanks mate, I had my application updated with most recent phone record, pictures and payslips just few days before getting their email. Had to upload a Notice of assesment from ATO, and also uploaded new valid police check as my first one was expired, was valid for only 6 months.
I guess next contact from immi would be after Ramadan/Eid now.

Hi All,
Today we have received first email from AHC after lodgement. The email contains the document checklist. The case officer has not asked for any specific documents, instead case officer has asked us to check if any document from checklist is missing and provide that within in 14 days. We have already provided most of the documents.
I have a couple of questions regarding checklist.
- They have asked for 2 Form 888 from Aus Citizens/Residents and 2 statutory declarations from Pakistani declarants. We have already provided 2 From 888 from pakistani declarants as statutory declaration, as we don't have any aus friends who know both applicant and sponsor. I (sponsor) have some aus friends but they only know me not my wife (applicant). So how can I provide 2 Form 888 from Aus declarants?
- For all who have been granted visa, how much time it took for visa grant after you received such email from AHC?

complaint immigration department australia regarding delay of my application in april 2018
got interview call on 1st may 2018 after that no news
its been 17 months now but no news

My friend had a similar situation. I think, when someone has a spouse in australia on visit visa immigration tends to take longer time than usual to finalize the application.

Hi, can anyone clear that which Family Registration Certificate FRC (NADRA) is required for partner visa, e.g. husband with wife or separately from their families or all of them.
TIA
DOL: 10.05.2018
Hunband and wife are a single family unit, but i have uploaded both
1. My parents FRC (parrents and sibling)
2. In laws FRC (my wife, her parents and siblings)
3. Me and my wife as a single family.
Doesnt hurt to upload them all. I added all three of them in one PDF and upload.

Does any one have used any sort of form for “IMMIGRATION HISTORY”, can’t find one. Form where i can mention countries i have visited. I know about form 80, there is a section in it. But is there any other specific form for that.
Cheers,

Hi Can you please share Form 54 here? Can't seem to find it online. Also the statements can't be submitted on normal word files? Do they have to be filled on affidavit paper?
I had my relationship development statment and statutory decleration on a simple word file, printed on A4 paper and signed by me in the presence of justice of peace(JP) you can also use the notory public I guess as a witness i used JP.
Here it is, form 54
