Actually my wife is on TR which is temporary resident visa. I was on student visa which got refused after I applied for extension of student visa and i have to go in appeal which make me on MRT. So what i want to do is that i want to go to my wife visa and don’t worry about my case and then we look for her to get a PR.

Does they count 15 months from nominations or visa filing date?

I have applied for visa 17 months ago and no reply till now.

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if anyone has been through 187 offshore and got a visa.

I have applied for my 187 visa from offshore in august last year. its been almost 15 months now and I haven’t heard anything from immigration yet. Does anyone have a clue how long it takes these days.
