You are absolutely right. They should work on our application, if they find something wrong or not genuine they can refuse. But they don’t have any rights to play with our life?????

Hello could you please tell me what’s your occupation and timeline. I called them month ago. They told me same thing- still in process. They couldn’t tell me how long it will take. They also told me their system says no information required but they need to follow government guidelines to approve application. Not sure what the guidelines are, but it’s very stressful?

Hello I emailed to immigration and got reply last Monday that the application is being processed. Can anyone tell me how long it could take after that? Should I call them again or should I wait? I am bit worried. Thanks in advance.

I applied  186 TRT July 2016. January 2017 CO open my company nomination file, ask some papers. We submitted it on time. That’s it, I haven’t heard anything yet. Don’t know what they are doing. Don’t know what to do. More than 16 months waiting for a decision. Sick of waiting......
