Hi all expert opinions needed on my situation.
got the RCB and nomination approved last year in March 2017 and applied for the visa for RSMS DE 187 as motor mechanic from Offshore. After a year of wait finally got the mail from the case officer. got a Natural Justice Letter with form 884 MOC opinion that I am not meeting the PIC 4005 health requirement for my visa . As RSMS DE subclass , does not have provision to health waiver .
My MA has replied the case officer with detailed draft asking health waiver and claimed that my Medicine and medical services cost( as per now dose of medicine) is approximately comes up to 20,000$ approximately over the next 5 years .Also have sent detailed report my specialist .And also have requested case officer to consider my case Under pIC 4007 that has waiver provision. Its been 2 months already we have replied to the case officer still the health status in immi account shows same status:
“”Health examination results for this person have been assessed but further action may be required. The case officer will contact the person with further information. This will not occur until a case officer investigates the case in line with published processing times for the visa that has been applied for. Do not contact the department about health examinations in the meantime.””
when should I expect decision and any hopes .
awaiting your expert answers
thanks in advance ..
