    SURELY THEY MUST BE ADDING 9-12 WEEKS FOR CENTRELINKS... THAT EXTRA TIME IS MAKING THE PROCESS EVEN LONGER....ANYWAYS.. GOOD LUCK..

    PROCESSING CONTRIBUTORY PARENT VISAS

    In the 2017-18 Migration Programme year, 7175 Contributory Parent visa places are available for applicants applying from in and outside Australia.  Due to high numbers of Contributory Parent visa applications lodged in May and June 2014, processing time for these is expected to exceed 30 months.

    ·         OFFSHORE APPLICANTS (subclass 143/173)

    When your application is allocated to an assessing officer, you or your authorised contact may be asked to provide more documents, including but not limited to, Assurance of Support (subclass 143 only), police certificates and health clearances to finalise your application. 

    We are currently assessing applications lodged up to and including 11 March 2015.

    ALTHOUGH WE CANNOT HELP TO INCREASE THE MOVEMENT OR PROCESS OF VISA APPLICATIONS BUT AT THIS PACE IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 3 MONTHS TO REACH 10/03/2015 & THE WAITING PERIOD WILL SOON BE INCREASE FROM 36 MONTHS TO 42 N 48 MONTHS. VERY VERY SLOW.

    I AM NEW TO THE FORUM...

    I HAVE APPLIED FOR CPV 143 IN JUNE 2015, RECEIVED RECEIVED N ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BUT NOTHING AFTER THAT.  JUST WAITING LIKE MANY OTHERS.

    JUST WONDERING IF THERE IS ANYWAY TO KNOW THE FOLLOWINGS ??

    1.  CURRENT PENDANCY FOR CPV 143 / 173 VISA FOR THE YEAR ENDING 30TH JUNE 2015.

    2. NUMBER OF APPLICATIONS LODGED FOR CPV 143 / 73 FOR THE YEAR 1ST JULY, 2015 TO 30TH JUNE, 2016.

    3. NUMBER OF APPLICATIONS LODGED FOR CPV 143 / 73 FOR THE YEAR 1ST JULY, 2016 TO 30TH JUNE, 2017.

    4. NUMBER OF VISA ALREADY ISSUED SO FAR FROM 7175 AVAILABLE PLACES FOR THE YEAR 2017-18.

    IF THE ABOVE IS KNOWN THAN ONE CAN KNOW THE ROUGH WAITING TIME TO PLAN PRE-DEPARTURE ARRANGEMENT ACCORDINGLY.

    WILL APPRICIATE IF ANYONE CAN HELP IN THIS.
