Did they want updated training benchmark info or info that hadnt been provided initially?
It wasn't originally uploaded, even though I mentioned it to him a few times. It's not a problem though because we have 4 apprentices, he just needs to provide proof.

Yeah I am just stating a point. All I have seen is those who have applied with MLTSSL being looked at recently. I haven't heard of a STSOL application being looked into recently. Makes sense though I guess given that MLTSSL are where they want to fill the gaps so they take priority. 12 is still within the 10 - 15 current processing time so you are all good. What further information have they asked for?
It looks like they have asked for training benchmarks, and I think they just need everything counter signing. So fingers crossed they look again in 28 days and we have submitted all the correct docs.
Oh and btw, I'm ENS transition so the wait period is 8 - 9 months. Although it's not a competition. I'm happy for anyone that gets some good news on here. It just means that the department is doing their job. The people who get visas granted within a few months all seem to have very good skilled jobs. Yes I know it's frustrating but that's just how it is.

how can you guys see the nomination part? do you have your MA username and password? or is there anyway to import the nomination in your account?
My manager simply gave me his log in details. Once I got into his account, I shared the application with my account so I could see it through my end. You're manager should be able to do the same thing.

Go to the "View Application Mailbox" part in your ImmiAccount. You will see there the correspondence sent to your migration agent. You can open it and see what specific documents they requested. I did the same and sent the additional documents to my MA before she even contacted me for the information requested to seepd up the process. Good on you.
I don't have a MA so I'll just have a sit down with my manager tomorrow. It looks like the same documents as what other people get asked for, training benchmarks, and documents that need to be certified by someone.

Hi all. I checked my Immi account about 1 hour ago and still no change (I can see both nomination and application on my account) so I decided to give the department a call. After submitting my application details to the lady, she came back and said that my file had been allocated to a team and are waiting for extra documents from my manager.
I logged back into my account and now the nomination status has changed to "information requested"?? Very strange but at this stage I'm just chuffed to bits that my case is now open!!
Not sure what documents they have asked for as yet.

My friend and her colleague have been waiting for 18.8 months now for their 186 visas, 2 x marketing specialists, skill level 1 from a low risk country (they're on the spreadsheet under July 16)
All their documentation has been correctly submitted, and they've never been asked for additional information.
Thanks for the reply. Just looked at the list and it looks like they are direct entry, I'm on the transition.

Hi Mate, where is the sppreadsheet and how do U know wether ur from a low risk country or high risk country? Where will all these be stated?
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1INy6sxuUIisgLOT7CcskWLjQjHV_6yVvUBRHceWE_a0/edit#gid=24560179 here is the spreadsheet.
As for the low risk and high countrys, just google it and it should give you a list.

Hi guys. Has anyone on here gone over the allocated time frame for their 186 ENS Transition visa and is from a low risk country??? I can see from the list that there is a few but I'm wondering if they have already got their visa's and just not updated the time sheet as I never hear from them in this chat. I can count at least 7 cases that haven't even been allocated a case officer yet (according to the spreadsheet). Is anyone on here one of those people?

I lodged my file for Ens 186 (Motor Mechanic) on 23rd March, 2017 . Still no response from immigration ... bit worried as 10th month is also finishing next week.. Anyone who got nomination or visa approved (or if lodged file in March,17) ? Anyone approval recently in same field ?
I'm a mechanic too. Lodged nomination on the 29th March 2017 and application on the 30th March, almost 10 months.

Shaun I am also counting on u as we both are same occupation. Why don’t u call them ?? I did call them today , they said Case officer not allocated !! And no further info !! Do let me know if you call them
I want to ring them but I already know what the answer is going to be. My allocation time still says 8 - 10 months, so if I haven't heard anything by the end of this month I will contact them. I've seen a few nomination's and visa's approved over the last 7 days which is promising for us all. It seems that people are updating there application details just on the spreadsheet and not on here, so it's easy to miss them.

Hi there,
I'm currently on a 457 visa, and after completing 2 years of employment I applied for my PR on the 11th of April 2017 without a migration agent. As of today my immi account is still saying the application has been received and will be assessed. I have submitted all evidence, including police checks from the UK and Australia (clean), and my health exam came back clear.
I would like to know what the expected changes will be to this status within my immi account, and if it will notify me once a CO has been assigned. I know that current processing times are 8-10 months, but I also know of at least one person locally in a similar situation (457 to 186 ENS) that applied 2 months later and received their PR last week.
To be honest I'm just sat here worrying about it, as my entire life is on hold until this visa comes through. Is anyone else in a similar situation?
Thanks in advance
I'm in the same boat as you. Submitted my application on the 30th March and my boss submitted the nomination the day before. We haven't used a migration agent. I did my police checks and everything the same week but left my medicals until a few months later.
I have now been waiting 8 months and the status is still recieved.
My girlfriend and 3 children are also on the application and like you said, we can't make any big decisions until our visas are granted. Very frustrating.
It's not a bad thing that you have already done your medicals and police checks, that way there's nothing to hold up your decision. Just bare in mind that if your waiting for more than 12 months you will most likely have to do all the checks again.
Good luck!

Thanks for the info

Hi, thats great thanks for the info.
One question...I only created an Immi account when I applied for 186 visa's. The passport was already renewed for several months before. And I already submitted the new passport details?
Regards
Shaun
They sent me a bridging visa for my son with his new passport details on, would this mean that everything has transferred over?

They asked my manager for further documents on the 28/02/18. Submitted them on the 6/03/18 but heard nothing yet. Still showing "Further assessment"
