  1. Hi guys,

Could you please help me with a doubt about the employee responsibilities after the 187 visa is granted?
Is it possible for a 187 visa holder to work in a part-time position after the visa is granted?
I checked the immigration website and I cannot find any information about the condition of a full-time job to keep the PR, only the necessity to work for at least 2 years after the visa granted.

    Thank you

    Hi Halloween

I applied for childcare room leader in Nobemeber 2016 fo SA. I'm still waiting PR. Mine is offshore Direct entry.

Are you using a migration agent? Mine has told me she thinks I will be another 2-4 weeks however I am not relying on this as they keep changing processing times!

what does your agent think? I'm worrying because we gave a decision ready application and the medicals are dated 20.08.16 ?

    Hello elizawho77, how are you?

I am using a migrant agent, and he told me in November/16 that the process will take 6 to 8 months. As you said...since everything is changing all the time I have no idea when the visa will be granted.
I am planning to call him next to week to talk about it.
Hopefully, your m.a. is right and it takes no more than 4 weeks.
I am onshore, so I don`t believe that I need to do the medicals again.
My case is also decision ready!! I don`t know why they are taking so long to analyse it!

Same here. Did they request already for your payslips?

So far, I haven't received any request for documentation.
I don't think the immi is going to request my payslips because It is not necessary to work for the employer before the visa granted.
Have you received any documentation request?  Why did you mention the payslips?
    Which state did you apply?
