Hi,
How long it will take for immigration to generate the invoice for svac (functional English requirement for partner). My MA submitted the other documents as per CO request. And he asked to generate the invoice from immi. But it has been 2 weeks since we asked , but haven’t got any reply yet. This is really stressing.

Applied 187 DE feb 2017 nomination and visa together(offshore). I got nomination approved on 18 September 2018. And asked for medicals and 80 form for my husband within 28 days. I am worried why did they ask for form 80 again?now hope for the good.

Are these changes going to affect on files which are already in processing (186/187) as some people saying they can ask for 3 years experience from july even if you have lodged your file in old rules. I have applied my nomination and visa file in feb 2017 (rsms)

Nomination and visa lodged on 24th feb 2017
Are these changes gonna affect my visa ? As some occupations has been removed from list
